Exploring the gap between our wisdom and our power
Does a bleeding-heart liberal, fuelled on dogma and subscribed to Hume advance the cause of equity any more than straight-up fisticuffs pose threat to our social foundations?
Should we avoid the brouhaha in pursuit of stoicism? Is the call to accept that which we cannot change stronger than the impetus to take a look at the factions that exert control over the commons? Does waiting patiently for our collective senses to grow sharper feel a bit pointless?
Should we take our voice to the street, in the way we best know how? If so, should we do that before or after we figure out what we think on the topic that's spurred us into action?
Spicy tweets and shouty threads may have their place. Perhaps there is also room to examine the explanations and test the systems that have developed around the leverage points in nature and our society. Join us here to take a look at emerging spheres of influence and the people, the politics and the power dynamics that shape them.
...and because we still occupy a physical form, in living-breathing communities, and just in case yours is one which might allow for laptop, letterbox or garbage-bin activism, our stickers are a physical invitation, to a conversation around a fresh ethical perspective on living locally in this global (and for now, mostly still physical) world.
